Welcome to our July newsletter, we a running a little late this month, probably due to the heat in Calgary and the Calgary Stampede.
The main articles this month are hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and a very interesting study on knee surgery. The major idea to take home from both articles is that just because a medical procedure/ medication is done on a regular basis doesn't necessarily mean it is effective or safe. We, as chiropractors, have been stating this for years and it is interesting that studies are now coming out that are proving us correct. We will have articles about safe and effective HRT in future issues.
We also have our monthly golf article for those of you that have not yet quite perfected the game.
Enjoy the summer and see you in August.
Until next month, stay healthy and if you have any questions, please let us know.
