More on Weight-training
In last months Newsletter, I talked about some of the benefits of weight training. As promised I will give a few basic back and abdominal exercises (with illustrations) to get you started.
If you are looking to start a new program, one I would recommend highly is the Body for Life. My workout partner and I completed the 12-week program last fall (Sept.-Dec.) and really liked it a lot. I started it again the first week in September 2002 and am pleased with the results.
If you have recently started to weight-train or have just found a new program, let me know how you are finding it.
